Albert Namatjira’s House
Not far from the Hermannsburg Historic Precinct you can find the house that Albert Namatjira built in 1944.
To find the house, head right along the highway after leaving Ntaria, cross the Finke River and look for the signposted turnoff. The house is a simple rectangular whitewashed building with green trim built by Albert from local materials
